During the summer of 2024, chefs Bas van Kranen of restaurant Flore (two Michelin** ) and Tim van der Molen of restaurant Coulisse (one Michelin*) were cooking a hyper creative and extensive menu from and our Urban Farm in Monnickendam.

This seasonal menu was based around their shared culinary philosophy which revolves around locally sourced ingredients including vegetables cultivated for their flavor, foraged treasures, and sustainable line-caught fish.

The chefs have been working on the event for several months, combining their signature techniques and flavors whilst pushing their creativity resulting in a completely new and unique menu.

The beauty is, that you will feel the passion and love this evening from four creative men that followed their heart, driven by their passion to push the boundaries of their professions. We have really enjoyed this creative process together!
